Aims
The International Journal of Advances in Interdisciplinary Research (IJAIDR) is an open access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal that publishes research which draws on, or speaks to, more than one discipline.
The journal is deliberately welcoming to first-time and early-career authors. Many researchers publish their first paper without knowing how submission, peer review and revision work. IJAIDR explains each step, gives every manuscript a fair and constructive review, and holds all submissions to the same standards of originality, method and ethics.
We publish original research articles, review articles, short communications, case studies and methodological notes. Studies are judged on soundness and clarity rather than on perceived novelty alone; well-conducted confirmatory and negative results are welcome.
Scope
IJAIDR considers manuscripts in the following areas:
- Biological Sciences — botany, zoology, microbiology, cell & molecular biology, genetics, immunology
- Biochemistry, Biotechnology and Bioinformatics
- Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nutrition and Health Sciences
- Veterinary and Animal Sciences
- Agricultural and Environmental Sciences
- Chemistry, Physics and Materials (including nanoscience)
- Mathematics, Statistics and Computational Sciences
- Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science
- Engineering Applications
- Commerce, Management and Social Sciences with a quantitative or applied focus

What we look for
Sound methods
Clear objectives, appropriate design, adequate controls and statistics, and enough detail for others to repeat the work.
Honest reporting
Results reported as they are, with limitations stated. Data available on reasonable request.
Clear writing
Readable English, logical structure, and figures and tables that stand on their own.
Ethical conduct
Approvals for work with people or animals, proper citation, and declared conflicts of interest.
Publication model
Bi-monthly. Six issues per year (Jan–Feb, Mar–Apr, May–Jun, Jul–Aug, Sep–Oct, Nov–Dec) with continuous publication: each article is published online as soon as it is ready.
All articles are open access under the CC BY 4.0 licence, receive a Crossref DOI, and are permanently archived. A flat article processing charge of ₹1,500 applies only after acceptance. See Article Processing Charge.
